Where does Gemma & Friends ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time, but we hope to expand our reach soon!

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! At checkout, you’ll have the option to select expedited shipping for an additional fee if you need your order sooner.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and your location. Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for orders over $150!

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at ying@gemmaandfriends.com. We’ll do our best to make changes if the order hasn’t already been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs at this time.

How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at ying@gemmaandfriends.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide you with further instructions to process your return quickly and easily.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available) or for a different product of equal value. Please contact us at ying@gemmaandfriends.com to initiate an exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s complete.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ying@gemmaandfriends.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work to resolve the issue right away!
